Guide

First time buying an instalment contract?

Eight steps, in the order they actually happen.

  1. Know what you can carry

The cash you have now, and the largest instalment you can carry without strain if living costs rise. The calculator does this on your device.

    Can I afford it?

  2. Choose the area

The price per m² and its trend, and the schools, hospitals and transport around it. Start with two or three.

  3. Know the developer

Did it deliver on time? What is its transfer fee, and how much must be paid before it consents?

  4. Compare units properly

Not only on paper: the cash today, the rest in today's money, and the interest the plan charges.

  5. Check the listing

The unit code shows the figures we hold and the unit's history since it was listed. What each badge means is written down.

    How we verify

  6. Request it, and reserve it

Your request reaches our team. Once you agree, we reserve the unit for you and the transfer steps appear in your account.

  7. The transfer at the developer

The documents are checked, the transfer request is filed, the developer consents and names its fee, the assignment contract is signed and the seller is paid, and the developer puts the contract in your name. Our 1.25% is paid at this point only.

    How it works

  8. After the transfer

You continue the instalments at the old contract price. Final registration at the real estate registry comes after delivery; take a lawyer's advice on it.
