How it works
One deal, two sides, and a team between them.
This is not a noticeboard. Buyer and seller never message each other here — we talk to both, check the paperwork, and stay until signing.
If you are selling
You exit your contract instead of losing it.
- 01
You give us the contract numbers
Unit price, what you have paid, the instalments left. Five minutes, no documents yet.
- 02
We check the documents
Contract, receipts, developer statement. What we cannot verify does not get the badge.
- 03
We confirm with the developer
That a transfer is possible on this unit, and on what terms and fees.
- 04
We publish
At exactly what you paid. No overprice — and that is not a slogan; the system rejects a higher number.
- 05
We bring you a buyer
And walk both sides through the transfer paperwork to signing at the developer.
- 06
You are paid
In cash, when the transfer completes. The seller pays no commission.
If you are buying
You enter at the old contract price.
- 01
Register your capacity
The cash you have now and the biggest instalment you can carry. We match you to units that actually fit.
- 02
See the whole number
Cash required, our fee, what remains owed to the developer, the instalment. Nothing appears later.
- 03
Check the price
Every unit shows where its price per m² sits against comparable units in the same area.
- 04
Request the unit
The request reaches our team, not a broker. We are the ones who talk to the seller.
- 05
View and negotiate
With us present. If the seller marked the price negotiable, we tell you the realistic range.
- 06
Complete the transfer
You sign the transfer at the developer and continue the instalments at the old contract price. Our 1.25% is paid here and nowhere else.
The money
Who pays what, exactly.
The seller
Nothing. No listing fee, no commission, nothing deducted from what you receive.
The buyer
1.25% of the contract value, paid only when the transfer completes. If the deal does not happen, you pay nothing.
The developer
Most developers charge a transfer fee on the unit. We tell you what it is before you commit to anything.
Transfer fees differ by developer and by project, and we do not set them. We ask, and we tell you the figure before anything is signed.
